Drusian  Valdobbiadene Prosecco

Prosecco is an italian sparkling white wine. The name is derived from the Italian village
of Prossecco near Trieste, where the Glera grape may have originated.

This wine is usually produced using the Charmat method, in which the secondary fermentation
takes place in stainless steel tanks. However the rules of the DOCG Prosecco Valdobbiadene
also allow the use of the "Methodo Classico" (secondary fermentaion in a bottle).

The Drusian family has been producing wine for three generations and owns 80 hectares of
vineyards situated in the heart of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area. Carefullness for details
and dedication during every step of vinification makes the wine rich in fragrances and
precious aromatic nuances.
